If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls for that project.
Project timing can be affected by weather, material and product availability, permit approvals, inspections and conditions uncovered during work. We will keep you informed and make reasonable efforts to stay on schedule, but we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Homeowners agree to provide reasonable, safe access to work areas as agreed in the project agreement.
Information we share about home loans, renovation financing or home warranty plans is for general guidance only and is not financial, legal, tax or insurance advice. Revive House Design is not a lender or an insurer. Any financing is offered by third-party providers and is subject to their terms and approval process. Warranty plans are governed solely by the provider's contract. Please review all terms carefully and consult qualified professionals as needed.
Products and materials used in your project, such as roofing, windows, flooring, fixtures, solar equipment and security devices, may come with warranties from their manufacturers. Those warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to their own terms and registration requirements. Any warranty we provide on our workmanship will be set out in your project agreement.
The Site and everything on it, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts and code, is owned by or licensed to Revive House Design and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or commercially use any content, or use our name or logo, without our prior written consent.
